All returns/exchanges must include order # on the outside of the box. If order # is not on the outside of the box package will be automatically refused upon arrival. If you do not know your order # please contact 516-364-7050 and we will provide you with it.
*If order # shows that merchandise is being returned after 30days or is a final sale item package will be refused upon delivery and you will not be refunded for shipping. If there is a problem such as a damage with any final sale merchandise please contact us before sending it back and we will advise you. If you receive damaged merchandise or something is wrong with your order when you receive it please contact us within 48 hours. The Girls Room does not assume return shipping costs. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. Some exceptions apply.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at The Girls Room with in 15 days from the date you received for a refund your credit card will be credited within 5 business days.
If your package arrives at The Girls Room any time AFTER 15 days from the date you received it you will be issued an online store credit within 5 business days.
You will not be refunded or credited back for shipping.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as you refund/online store credit is issued.
1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your
merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.
2. Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office.
3. Please keep your tracking information for your records.
4. You will receive an email once your exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your exchange for it to be processed.
Please note if the item you are exchanging your merchandise for is out of stock you will receive either a refund (within 15 days) or an online store credit (after 15 days). You will be notified via e-mail. We can not hold merchandise, however you can place a new order and receive an online store credit or a refund when your returned merchandise arrives to our warehouse.

If you place an order using an international credit card or are shipping your merchandise outside of the US you are required to send us a copy of the front and back of your credit card and a copy of your passport or drivers license. We required this information to protect our customers against fraud. This is a one time verification process and will not be asked for again on future purchases with ShopTheGirlsRoom.com. Your order will not be processed until we receive this information. Merchandise will not be held aside during the waiting period.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs
clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you refuse a shipment from ShopTheGirlsRoom.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to The Girls Room. This amount will be deducted
from your merchandise refund/online store credit. If the import fees charged to us exceed the cost of your merchandise your package will be abandoned by customs and you will not be issued a refund/online store credit. We will contact you as soon as we receive notification that the package has been refused and give you another chance to schedule a delivery, you will have 72 hours to respond to us or we will be forced to make a decision based on our policy.
If you are not present to pay import fees upon the arrival of your package UPS will contact you. If they can not reach you after 3 attempts they will then contact us. We will have 3 business days to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. If the customer can not be reached it will be considered a refused package and one of the actions listed above will be taken.

If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the

If you would like to cancel a pre-order we must be contacted within 48 hours for a full refund. Any pre-order cancellations after 48 hours can only be canceled for an online store credit. If you are unhappy with your merchandise upon arrival the standard Return Policy applies. You have 15 days from the day you receive your merchandise to cancel for a refund and 30 days for an online store credit. Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
Custom Embroidered and Monogram Jewelry
Once an order is placed for any monogram merchandise it can not be canceled. You will be automatically charged when order is submitted. Custom merchandise is special made and can not be canceled or returned once purchased.
